MEET YOUR
TRAUMA THERAPIST in bellingham, WA

You’re exhausted and running on empty. Sleep doesn’t come easy these days, despite needing it more than ever. Maybe your body reacts in ways that feel foreign and confusing to you.

You probably learned to survive and cope in ways that made complete sense at the time, like scanning your surroundings, staying in control, being one step ahead. Those instincts protected you and served such an important role in your life. Now, you might be finding that you’d like additional tools in your toolbox that can allow your system to put down the hypervigilance or intensity of reactions that you’re having.

I work with people carrying trauma and PTSD who are ready for a pace that doesn't rush them, and a space that doesn't ask them to relive their hardest moments. In our work together, we focus on understanding the patterns showing up and shifting them ever so gently.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE SITTING WITH

If you have a question that isn’t answered, I encourage you to reach out below. I’m a firm believer in there being no silly questions!

STEPS WE CAN TAKE

Step 1 - Reach Out

Getting started is pretty straightforward. From the beginning, you get to show up just as you are with me. You can complete the contact form or send me a text and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to answer any questions & schedule a free consultation.

Step 2 - Consultation Call

During our 20 minute consultation, we will determine if we want to work together. If we both agree to being a good fit, we will schedule a first session.

Step 3 - First Session

Our work together will be collaborative, starting with our first session. All of our sessions are entirely confidential and will go at a pace that feels good to you. I encourage feedback and want to develop a space in which you feel safe enough to speak freely and honestly about your experiences.
