MEET YOUR
FIRST-RESPONDER THERAPIST
in bellingham, WA

Maybe you're the one everyone depends on. You hold it together at work, show up for the people you love, and keep pushing through even when you're running on empty. From the outside, it might look like you're doing just fine. But inside, it’s a different reality.

You may be carrying the effects of trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout. Maybe you can't seem to turn your brain off, your relationships feel strained, or you're tired of feeling like you always have to be the strong one. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I believe healing happens through connection. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed, integrating experiential, somatic, attachment-focused, and parts work to help you better understand yourself, process what's been weighing on you, and reconnect with what’s most important to you. I’m intimately familiar with the unique challenges first-responders are presented with and face over and over. I can offer my lived experience as a way to better understand your specific struggles and culture.

STEPS WE CAN TAKE

Step 1 - Reach Out

Getting started is pretty straightforward. From the beginning, you get to show up just as you are with me. You can complete the contact form or send me a text and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to answer any questions & schedule a free consultation.

Step 2 - Consultation Call

During our 20 minute consultation, we will determine if we want to work together. If we both agree to being a good fit, we will schedule a first session.

Step 3 - First Session

Our work together will be collaborative, starting with our first session. All of our sessions are entirely confidential and will go at a pace that feels good to you. I encourage feedback and want to develop a space in which you feel safe enough to speak freely and honestly about your experiences.
