THERAPY FOR
dEEP FEELERS
& highly sensitive folks
in Bellingham, WA
Does this resonate with you?
you pick up on the vibe of a room without anyone saying a word
a sad movie, song, or story can stay with you for days
other people's moods seem to seep into your own without permission
you notice subtle shifts in someone's tone and immediately wonder what's wrong
you feel emotions in your body like a tight chest, stomach knots, and heavy limbs
YOU’RE IN THE
RIGHT PLACE IF…
you're often the one people come to for support or advice
you apologize a lot, even for things that aren't your fault
you go out of your way to keep the peace, sometimes at your own expense
you’re constantly reading between the lines, even when there might not be anything ro “read”
you want to understand the intensity of your emotions in a supportive environment that views your sensitivity as a strength
MEET YOUR
DEEP FEELER THERAPIST in bellingham, WA
You've probably spent a long time being the strong one, the steady one, the one everyone else leans on. You've gotten so good at holding space for other people's feelings that you may have lost touch with your own.
This is a space where that changes.
Here, your sensitivity isn't something to manage or minimize. It's something to understand, and even come home to. You don't have to explain why things affect you the way they do, or justify the depth of what you feel. You just get to feel it, without apologizing for it. And you get to experience what it’s like to not have to be the strong one for once.
I work with deep feelers and highly sensitive people who are ready to stop shrinking themselves to make others comfortable, and start building a relationship with their own emotional world.
You don't have to carry it all alone anymore. I'd be honored to help you carry a little less of it.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE SITTING WITH
If you have a question that isn’t answered, I encourage you to reach out below. I’m a firm believer in there being no silly questions!

Sessions are collaborative and unhurried. Some weeks we'll talk through what's weighing on you. Other weeks we might slow down and notice what's happening in your body as you speak. There's no script, which can sometimes be challenging to imagine!
I like to spend time focusing on what is happening in the room, with us. This means that there’s no hidden agenda. Instead, we work with how you’re actually feeling and what you’re actually thinking in the moment. -
I don't approach our work together as a set of symptoms to manage. Deep feelers often need a slower, more attuned pace and space to actually feel what's happening in a session, not just talk about it. We'll go at the speed that's right for your nervous system.
It’s important to me that I am attuned to your specific needs, and if at any point it does feel like you’re just checking a box, I truly want to know so that I can better understand what I missed and where I got it wrong so that we can figure out a better way forward together. -
That fear makes complete sense, especially if you've spent your life managing big feelings mostly alone. The work we will do together isn't about flooding you with big emotions and leaving you on your own with all of that. t's about building capacity, so feeling deeply starts to feel less like drowning and more like something you can actually hold. I will be alongside you the entire time, supporting you in experience the small. big, and in between feelings so that you are not facing it on your own.

Absolutely not. Sensitivity isn't a flaw or something to fix. It's a trait, and it comes with real gifts alongside the overwhelm. My goal isn't to make you less sensitive. It's to help you understand it, work with it, and increase your capacity to manage intense emotions. I hope that you will learn new skills and insights about yourself along the way as well.
