MEET YOUR
DEPRESSION THERAPIST
in bellingham, WA
I want you to know, gently but clearly, what you’re feeling isn't a personal failing. Depression can convince you that this heaviness is all that you are, but it isn’t.
You've probably gotten so good at pushing through that most people have no idea how heavy things have actually gotten. You show up. You smile when you need to. You keep the plates spinning. But inside, you're running on empty in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
You don't need to have the energy to explain everything, or even to know exactly what's “wrong”. You just need a place to be seen and held in how hard things have actually been for you.
I work with folks carrying depression who are tired of pretending it's manageable while internally suffering. You’re ready for support that meets you exactly where you are, at whatever pace that is.
If you're in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please call or text 988, available 24/7.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE SITTING WITH
If you have a question that isn’t answered, I encourage you to reach out below. I’m a firm believer in there being no silly questions!

Sessions are collaborative and unhurried. Some weeks we'll talk through what's weighing on you. Other weeks we might slow down and notice what's happening in your body as you speak. There's no script, which can sometimes be challenging to imagine!
I like to spend time focusing on what is happening in the room, with us. This means that there’s no hidden agenda. Instead, we work with how you’re actually feeling and what you’re actually thinking in the moment. -
I don't approach our work together as a set of symptoms to manage. Deep feelers often need a slower, more attuned pace and space to actually feel what's happening in a session, not just talk about it. We'll go at the speed that's right for your nervous system.
It’s important to me that I am attuned to your specific needs, and if at any point it does feel like you’re just checking a box, I truly want to know so that I can better understand what I missed and where I got it wrong so that we can figure out a better way forward together. -
Let’s keep it as simple and straightforward as possible, to make this as seamless as we can.
The only thing you need to do right now is send a message & reach out. Keep it simple. No need to explain everything going on. And that’s it. One step at a time.
Rest assured, you aren’t committing to anything by reaching out. But you are showing up for yourself, and that matters profoundly. -
I am unable to provide medical and/or psychiatric care.
I am happy to connect you with a psychiatrist, primary care physician, or psychiatric nurse practitioner that would be able to provide you with medication assessment and management.

STEPS WE CAN TAKE
Step 1 - Reach Out
Getting started is pretty straightforward. From the beginning, you get to show up just as you are with me. You can complete the contact form or send me a text and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to answer any questions & schedule a free consultation.
Step 2 - Consultation Call
During our 20 minute consultation, we will determine if we want to work together. If we both agree to being a good fit, we will schedule a first session.
Step 3 - First Session
Our work together will be collaborative, starting with our first session. All of our sessions are entirely confidential and will go at a pace that feels good to you. I encourage feedback and want to develop a space in which you feel safe enough to speak freely and honestly about your experiences.
